Many ideas and years of both training and experience are incorporated in this site. The name astro-polarity is a combination of astrology and polarity therapy, a system of energy healing and astrology applied to the physical body.
At the root are the ancient philosophies – a synthesis of Eastern and Western thought over the milennia and at the surface a life that moves between the Northern and Southern parts of the globe…
In this sense this is all about synthesis, an attempt to look behind the veils and see both sides, focusing on integration instead of getting cought up in polarizing opposites.
